Datacenter migration

 

Due to rapid growth this organization had less than one year to complete four distinct phases:

1. Build new Infrastructure and a new up-scaled DataCenter
2. Migrate the virtual servers in current DC to the new location
3. Recommission up-to-par rack devices from old to new
4. Decommission old Infrastructure and DC

 

The Project scope covered the technical server migration and system implementation in the upgraded hyper-V cluster (2008-2012).
