Cloud migration: Gmail>O365

 

The organization expanded fine with the lighter version of Gmail until Google stopped this (free)service by end of 2012. Having no option but to initiate a subscription model, the Cloud was still the logical option but now with Microsoft Office365, for a multitude of reasons.

I managed the project, designed and executed a creative bridge between Gmail and O365 Cloud Exchange, that allowed a zero downtime migration of ~200 mailboxes.

In addition, wrote the technical and functional documentation for the project.
