Snow Asset Management

This international organization with thousands of employees, and assets to be tracked, faced an ad-hoc software license audit, requiring an implementation of a well established AM solution as Snow (well established also with Microsoft) including the deployment of agents in the most challenging infrastructure environment: dozens of rogue domains/branches/offices/clusters/regions, outsourced DCs, un-trusted DC partners, procedural and technical debt, capped budget, were some of the adversities.

Regardless of the challenges, we successfully implemented 1500 agents in two months, using multiple scripting languages, various deployment methods, outstanding stakeholder management throughout, Scrum artifacts and KanBan.
